Campbell River Mayor and Council tried to stop……..

Do you remember when Mayor and Council tried to ban drug use in public spaces?  Well, it appears that the province is unable to accomplish this as well.  The province has appealed to the Supreme Court to try to allow this law to pass.  Read the following in the Vancouver Sun for further information.  Let us know what you think.
