As Pivot Society is challenging new bylaw, Strathcona Regional District may choose to enact it as well.

While Campbell River's new bylaws regarding drug consumption are challenged in court, the Strathcona Regional District may choose to enact them as well.  Some people have expressed their feelings, what are yours?  Please read the article in the Campbell River Mirror.
